How are the working hours at Toppers Pizza?
Toppers Pizza has very flexible hours. Let us know your availability and preferred schedule, and we will accommodate it. We have Full-time and Part-time positions and day, dinner, late-night, and closing shifts - something for everyone!
What is the dress code at Toppers Pizza?
Toppers Pizza red or black uniform shirts or Toppers hoodies, Toppers uniform hat, pants/shorts/leggings in good condition, closed-toe shoes, and an apron when working indoors.
Do you allow someone to have unnatural colored hair?
Unnatural hair colors are acceptable (blue, green, etc.).
What is Toppers Pizza's sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?
This is a great question! We are a franchise company, so all Toppers Pizza stores do not have the same benefits when it comes to paid time off for being sick. For those full-time Team Members that work for one of our corporately owned stores (Pizza People LLC.) AND are in our manager-in-training program or are a General Manager we offer up to five days of paid sick per year. Please be sure to inquire when applying.
Do you offer a major medical insurance plan?
At our 25 Corporate store locations, Toppers Pizza is proud to offer our Team Members that work full time or are full-time equivalent medical insurance. We pay up 80% and 50% for their dependents of the base plan for our Team Members that qualify for insurance. We also offer group plans for dental and vision. Several of our larger Toppers Pizza franchises offer medical insurance to their Team Members. Still, not all do, and the insurance company they use varies for those who do. You will need to inquire at the specific store location for confirmation.
What is the vacation policy like at Toppers Pizza? How many vacation days do you get per year?
We are a franchise company, so all Toppers Pizza stores do not have the same benefits when it comes to paid time off for vacation pay. For those full-time Team Members that work for one of our corporately owned stores (Pizza People LLC) AND are in our manager-in-training program or are a General Manager we offer 5 accrued days in the first year, 10 accrued days per year between the 2nd and 5th year, and 15 accrued days per year in the 6th year and after.
Does Toppers Pizza offer employees a 401k plan?
If you work for one of the corporate stores, Toppers does offer 401K starting the first month after you have been there 60 days, are 21 years of age or older, and worked at least 1000 hours in that year (just about 20 hours a week).
Does Toppers Pizza offer a dental plan? What does it cover?
This benefit is offered at all corporate-owned stores, and Anthem BCBS provides services. For the plan year 2023, preventative services are covered 100%.
