This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes certain information that we collect from visitors to any Toppers Pizza website (“Site”), and individuals who utilize our mobile application (“App”), and purchase items from Toppers Pizza restaurants (collectively, the “Services”). By using these Services, you agree to the collection and use of information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  While this Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information, please be aware that additional terms and conditions may apply, for example, the Mobile Application and Website Terms of Use may also apply.

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post any material changes here and change the “Effective Date” at the end of the Privacy Policy to denote that the Privacy Policy has been updated. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updated Privacy Policy.
